Come funzionano modulo e preventivo. Il modulo di contatto e il calcolatore del preventivo di questo sito non inviano dati a un nostro server: elaborano le informazioni nel tuo browser e preparano un messaggio (email o WhatsApp) che invii tu dal tuo dispositivo. Ciò che scrivi arriva a noi solo quando premi “invia” nella tua app di posta o in WhatsApp, e viene poi trattato come descritto in questa informativa.
Conferimento dei dati. Fornire i dati è facoltativo, ma senza di essi non possiamo rispondere o gestire una prenotazione. Per gli ospiti, i dati richiesti dalla legge sugli alloggiati sono obbligatori: senza di essi non è possibile accogliere l’ospite.
Non effettuiamo profilazione né decisioni basate su trattamenti automatizzati. Il preventivo online è un semplice calcolo indicativo delle tariffe.
3. Servizi di terze parti
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): i caratteri tipografici del sito sono caricati dai server di Google. Ciò comporta la trasmissione al fornitore dell’indirizzo IP del visitatore. Informativa: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Cookie e tecnologie simili
Questo sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione, di marketing né strumenti di analisi statistica. Salva nel tuo browser (localStorage) soltanto la lingua che scegli, un dato tecnico che non lascia il tuo dispositivo e non richiede consenso. Se in futuro verranno introdotti strumenti diversi, questa pagina sarà aggiornata e, ove necessario, sarà richiesto il tuo consenso.
5. Chi può ricevere i dati
I dati sono trattati da noi e da chi collabora alla gestione della struttura (ad esempio i co-host), tutti autorizzati e vincolati alla riservatezza. Possono riceverli, per quanto necessario: la Questura (portale Alloggiati Web), il Comune per l’imposta di soggiorno ove prevista, commercialisti e consulenti, fornitori di servizi informatici e di hosting, SumUp per i pagamenti, le piattaforme di prenotazione utilizzate. I dati non sono diffusi né venduti.
Alcuni fornitori (ad esempio Google e Meta/WhatsApp) possono trattare dati anche fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo, sulla base di decisioni di adeguatezza della Commissione europea o di clausole contrattuali standard.
6. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
- Richieste di contatto e preventivi senza seguito: fino a 12 mesi dall’ultimo scambio.
- Prenotazioni e soggiorni: per il tempo richiesto dalle norme; i documenti contabili e fiscali sono conservati fino a 10 anni.
- Dati di navigazione: per il tempo stabilito dal fornitore di hosting, normalmente limitato.
Terminati i tempi indicati, i dati sono cancellati o anonimizzati.
7. I tuoi diritti
In ogni momento puoi chiedere l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15-22 GDPR). Dove il trattamento si basa sul consenso, puoi revocarlo senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente.

Il sito non è rivolto a minori di 14 anni. Le prenotazioni sono accettate da persone maggiorenni; i dati dei minori ospiti sono trattati solo come richiesto dalla legge sugli alloggiati.

How the form and the quote tool work. The contact form and the quote calculator on this site do not send data to a server of ours: they process the information in your browser and prepare a message (email or WhatsApp) that you send from your own device. What you write reaches us only when you press “send” in your email app or in WhatsApp, and is then processed as described in this notice.
Providing data. Providing data is optional, but without it we cannot reply or manage a booking. For guests, the data required by law on guest registration is mandatory: without it we cannot host the guest.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. The online quote is a simple indicative calculation of our rates.
3. Third-party services
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): the site’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers. This involves transmitting the visitor’s IP address to the provider. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- External links: by clicking on WhatsApp, Google Maps, Airbnb, Booking.com or the SumUp payment page you leave this site; from then on your data is processed by the respective operator as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy: WhatsApp · Google Maps · Airbnb · Booking.com · SumUp.
- Booking platforms: if you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, those platforms are independent controllers of the data they collect; we receive the data needed to manage your stay.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use profiling or marketing cookies, nor statistics tools. It saves in your browser (localStorage) only the language you choose, a technical item that never leaves your device and requires no consent. If different tools are introduced in the future, this page will be updated and, where necessary, your consent will be requested.
5. Who may receive the data
Data is processed by us and by those who help run the property (for example co-hosts), all authorised and bound to confidentiality. To the extent necessary, it may be received by: the police authority (Alloggiati Web portal), the municipality for tourist tax where applicable, accountants and consultants, IT and hosting providers, SumUp for payments, and the booking platforms used. Data is neither disclosed nor sold.
Some providers (for example Google and Meta/WhatsApp) may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
- Contact requests and quotes with no follow-up: up to 12 months from the last exchange.
- Bookings and stays: for the period required by law; accounting and tax records are kept for up to 10 years.
- Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider, normally short.
Once these periods have ended, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14. Bookings are accepted from adults; data of minor guests is processed only as required by the law on guest registration.
